Chiranjeevi’s upcoming films Vishwambhara and Kaaka could potentially arrive around the same Sankranti season, sparking discussion among fans. The Kaaka team has already confirmed January 13 as the film’s release date. Meanwhile, there have been reports that Vishwambhara is also being planned for a Sankranti release, although the makers are yet to officially announce its date. Director Vassishta’s latest social media post has now added to the speculation.
Sharing a video featuring a discourse related to Lord Shiva, Vassishta wrote a poetic caption referring to “Vishwambharudu”, prompting fans to connect the post with the film’s release-date uncertainty. Vishwambhara is a fantasy film that places significant emphasis on visual effects and stars Trisha and Ashika Ranganath as the female leads. The movie’s release has been postponed several times amid delays in post-production work. Meanwhile, the Kaaka team is gearing up for its first single. The family action entertainer revolves around the bond between a father and daughter, with Chiranjeevi reportedly appearing in a dual-shaded role and Anaswara Rajan playing his daughter.
