

A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck Liuzhou in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China early Monday morning, causing significant damage and panic among residents. According to officials, at least 13 houses collapsed due to the tremors. The disaster claimed two lives, while one person has been reported missing. The sudden quake prompted immediate emergency response measures in the affected areas.
Authorities swiftly evacuated more than 7,000 residents to safer locations as a precautionary measure. National and regional emergency response teams have been deployed near the epicenter and are actively carrying out search and rescue operations.
