Tragedy in Tiruvannamalai...AP Devotee Dies in Moksha Path

A tragic incident occurred at the Arunachaleswarar Temple in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, where Manikumar (36) from Andhra Pradesh died after getting trapped inside the narrow Idukku Pillaiyar Cave, a sacred passage believed by many devotees to symbolize the path to salvation. Despite efforts by family members and fellow devotees to rescue him, he reportedly suffocated before he could be brought out.

The devotee was rushed to the Tiruvannamalai Government Hospital in a 108 ambulance, where doctors declared him dead. Police registered a case based on the family's complaint and have launched an investigation. The body will be handed over to the family after the post-mortem examination.
