Tirumala Ghat Road: Two-Wheeler Entry Restricted

Tirupati authorities have announced restrictions on two-wheelers on the Tirumala ghat road from 9 p.m. tonight. Dedicated parking facilities have been arranged in Tirupati for pilgrims travelling by motorcycles and other two-wheelers. The designated parking locations include Balaji Link Bus Stand, Nehru High School Ground, SV Medical College and the ISKCON temple grounds.

Separate parking facilities have also been arranged in Tirupati for cars and tourist vehicles. To facilitate the movement of pilgrims to Tirumala during the restriction period, APSRTC buses will continue to operate on the ghat road without interruption. Pilgrims have been advised to use the designated parking facilities and public transport arrangements.
