Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced special facilities for NEET-UG 2026 candidates and their families ahead of the re-examination scheduled on June 21 in New Delhi.
The Delhi government will set up cooling zones at all 97 examination centres, offering seating, drinking water, ORS, shikanji, tea, and first-aid services for parents waiting outside in the summer heat. In addition, students will be allowed free travel on DTC buses on exam day by showing their admit cards. The move aims to ensure comfort and smooth access for candidates. The exam is being held as a re-test after the earlier NEET-UG paper leak controversy.
