Over 500,000 Russian Soldiers Killed in Ukraine War Since 2022- UK Defence Chief

More than 500,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in Ukraine since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022, UK Defence Staff chief Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton has said. His assessment was made as the war and drone attacks between Russia and Ukraine continue. Knighton’s estimate broadly corresponds with casualty figures released by the Ukrainian military, although Russia has not publicly commented on the latest claim. The figures remain subject to the difficulties involved in independently verifying battlefield casualties during an ongoing conflict.
