Thousands of NEET UG 2026 aspirants across the country are facing difficulties downloading their admit cards ahead of the re-examination scheduled for June 21. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which had earlier cancelled the exam following a question paper leak controversy, announced the release of admit cards on June 14. However, technical glitches and server-related issues have reportedly prevented many candidates from accessing their hall tickets.
According to NTA, only around four lakh candidates have been able to download their admit cards so far, despite more than 23 lakh students expected to appear for the examination. The agency stated that its technical teams are working to resolve the issue and has also provided an alternative download link. Meanwhile, students and parents have expressed concern over mandatory bank account verification for fee refunds before downloading admit cards, alleging that the process has created additional confusion and inconvenience.
