The National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, has initiated a major recruitment drive as part of its institutional strengthening process. The agency has issued advertisements for senior professional positions at the level of General Manager and has also invited applications for the engagement of 16 Young Professionals through the Union Public Service Commission's (UPSC) Pratibha Setu portal.
These appointments mark the first major step in the restructuring of the NTA following the recommendations of the High-Level Committee of Experts chaired by Prof. K. Radhakrishnan. The recruitment aims to enhance the agency's administrative and operational capabilities while strengthening transparency, efficiency, and examination management.
