Massive Landslide Hits Himachal Pradesh!

A major landslide in Himachal Pradesh caused severe damage to a road near Nirmand in Kullu district. Around 200 metres of the Baghipul-Jao road was damaged after debris from the hillside collapsed onto the route. Vehicular movement on the road came to a complete halt following the incident.

Officials and road restoration teams reached the spot and launched efforts to clear the debris and restore traffic. Work is underway to reopen the damaged stretch and make the route safe for commuters. Authorities have advised travellers to remain cautious and use alternative routes until the road is fully restored.
