ISRO Successfully Launches GSLV-F18 Rocket, Places NVS-03 Satellite into Orbit

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully launched the GSLV-F18 rocket from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. The rocket placed the NVS-03 navigation satellite into its intended orbit, marking another achievement in India's space programme.

Weighing 2,232 kg, the NVS-03 satellite is designed to function in orbit for 13 years. The mission aims to strengthen India's navigation system and enhance the country's satellite-based navigation capabilities. The successful deployment of the satellite is expected to support the continued development of India's independent navigation infrastructure.
