Inhumane Governance – Kavitha

K. Kavitha of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi has strongly criticised the government over an incident involving the transportation of a deceased person. She alleged that a government hospital in Bhadrachalam did not provide a mortuary vehicle for a heatstroke victim, highlighting severe negligence.

According to her statement, the financially weak family was forced to carry the body on their shoulders for over a kilometre. She termed the incident inhumane and unacceptable, stating that it reflects the government’s insensitivity towards the poor.

Kavitha demanded moral accountability from the government and called for strict action against the responsible officials. She said such incidents raise serious concerns about governance and public welfare.
