TRS founding president Kalvakuntla Kavitha stated that if her party comes to power in Telangana, it will immediately provide free education and free healthcare to the people. Speaking at the party flag festival in Sangareddy on Sunday, she said the party would prioritize agriculture and appoint special officers for the sector. Kavitha also declared that she should be held accountable if the promised welfare measures are not implemented.
She further promised to provide 4 lakh jobs to youth and extend direct financial assistance of up to ₹20 crore for employment and business opportunities without requiring bank-linked support. Kavitha also criticized leaders of both ruling and opposition parties in Sangareddy district, alleging that they were working together for personal gains. She additionally raised allegations regarding the Singur Project and a reported 200-acre land encroachment issue.
