Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has assured traders in Delhi that he will stand by them and support their concerns. In a post on X, he said he understands the difficulties faced by the city’s business community. Gandhi criticised the Central Government, alleging that suspending metro services and closing roads was effectively bringing the national capital to a standstill.
Gandhi also warned that if vote theft takes place, nothing would remain safe, including traders’ shops, savings and their children’s future. He urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to remove Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar from office, referring to allegations of vote theft against him. Gandhi claimed that the protests would end within 30 seconds if the CEC were removed.
