A heavy rush of devotees continues at the Tirumala temple, with pilgrims waiting nearly ten hours for Lord Venkateswara darshan. According to the latest update on Friday evening, devotees waiting for free darshan occupied 29 compartments in Vaikuntam Queue Complex-2, while time-slot devotees were waiting in five compartments of Vaikuntam Queue Complex-1.
On Thursday, a total of 70,001 devotees had darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Around 30,085 devotees offered their hair as part of religious vows. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams officials stated that the hundi collections on Wednesday reached ₹3.77 crore.
