Hyderabad Central University (HCU) has achieved an international milestone by securing a place in the QS World Rankings 2027. The Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) organization has placed HCU in the 851–900 band in its latest global ranking list, which evaluates universities based on teaching standards and research performance.
The survey assessed nearly 1,500 universities worldwide across multiple academic parameters. QS highlighted that 98.1 percent of HCU faculty members hold PhD qualifications, reflecting strong academic excellence. Acting Vice Chancellor Prof. J. Anuradha expressed happiness over the achievement, stating that the recognition strengthens the university’s commitment to further improve academic standards.
