Firing Reported After Clash in Pulivendula

A clash between two groups near a Ganesh idol in Pulivendula, Kadapa district, reportedly created tension late at night. The confrontation allegedly took place between supporters of Pushpanath Reddy and Vijay Kumar Reddy. According to the information, Vijay questioned Pushpanath over not being felicitated, following which a verbal argument reportedly escalated into a clash between the two groups.

During the confrontation, the gunman of Haj Committee Director Mabhasha allegedly fired one round into the air. Later, three vehicles were reportedly damaged near Vijay’s residence by supporters of Pushpanath. The incident has reportedly caused tension in the area, while further details regarding the circumstances surrounding the clash are awaited.
