Delhi High Court Grants Relief to Cockroach Janata Party

The Delhi High Court directed that the X (formerly Twitter) account of the Cockroach Janata Party be restored, granting relief to the organization. The court issued the order while hearing a petition related to the suspension of the account.

The High Court observed that since the NEET examination had already concluded, the objections raised by the Central Government no longer carried relevance. Based on this observation, the court ordered the restoration of the party's X account.
