

Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr. M. Ramesh conducted a field inspection of waterlogging-prone locations at Malkan Cheruvu and City Wines under the Raidurgam Police Station limits, along with the progress of Centre for Organisation Development (COD) pipeline works in the Madhapur Traffic Police Station jurisdiction. During the inspection, he reviewed the situation with officials from the concerned civic departments and stressed the need to accelerate preventive measures to minimise inconvenience to the public during the monsoon season.
After reviewing the causes of waterlogging, Dr. Ramesh instructed officials to strengthen the drainage system, remove obstructions affecting rainwater flow, and complete all pending works within the stipulated timeframe. He also directed authorities to expedite the COD pipeline project while ensuring uninterrupted traffic movement and public safety. Officials were instructed to implement adequate safety measures at work sites and issue advance traffic diversion advisories wherever necessary. The inspection was attended by Cyberabad Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Sunpreet Singh, CMC Commissioner Srujana, Sherilingampally Traffic ADCP Hanumantha Rao, and Madhapur Traffic ACP Chandrasekhar Reddy.
