

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu directed officials to resolve grievances received through the Public Grievance Redressal System with a human centric approach. During a review meeting at the RTGS center in the State Secretariat, he stressed the importance of soft skills and asked officials to treat citizens with courtesy and empathy.
The Chief Minister said employees should be encouraged to think innovatively and improve their administrative skills regularly. He emphasized that field visits by ministers and officials are essential to understand ground realities and make effective decisions. He also stated that technology has simplified governance and file clearances, and warned that systems may become ineffective without innovation and continuous reforms.
