

Dalal Street witnessed a busy primary-market session on Wednesday as six mainboard IPOs opened for subscription. The issues of Rentomojo, Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions, Karamtara Engineering, Arcil, LCC Projects and SteamHouse India opened on September 9 and are scheduled to close on September 11. Rentomojo is targeting ₹1,256 crore through a combination of fresh shares and an offer for sale, with a price band of ₹384–404 per share. Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions is seeking ₹805 crore, with its price band fixed at ₹322–339.
Karamtara Engineering plans to raise ₹875 crore at a price band of ₹241–254, while Arcil is looking to raise ₹733 crore through an offer for sale at ₹132–139 per share. LCC Projects has set a ₹427 crore issue with a price band of ₹139–146. SteamHouse India is targeting ₹414 crore, with its price band fixed at ₹77–81 and a lot size of 185 shares. The six issues have different retail allocations and minimum investment requirements, making the IPO details important for investors evaluating participation.
