

Domestic stock markets, which have been declining for the past few sessions, traded with volatility on Thursday, moving between gains and losses. The indices opened with gains. With the rupee weakening further against the US dollar and investors staying cautious due to the US Federal Reserve’s latest announcement, the markets are experiencing fluctuations. As a result, the Sensex and Nifty are currently trading with moderate gains.
Compared to Wednesday’s closing at 84,391, the Sensex opened nearly flat on Thursday but soon began swinging between gains and losses. As of 10:15 AM, the Sensex is trading 123 points higher at 84,514. Nifty is also moving similarly and is currently up by 57 points at 25,815.
In the Sensex pack, stocks like Hindustan Zinc, Kaynes Technology, Sona BLW, Navama Wealth, and HFCL are trading in the green. On the other hand, Supreme Industries, Titan Company, IOC, InterGlobe Aviation, and Chola Invest are trading lower. Bank Nifty is up by 162 points, and the Nifty Midcap Index is up by 356 points. The rupee is trading at 90.22 against the US dollar.
