Google Tops India's Employer Brand Rankings

Google has emerged as India's most attractive employer brand, according to the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2026 report. Tata Group secured the second position, while Amazon ranked third. The report was prepared based on responses from over 1.75 lakh participants across 34 global markets, including around 3,500 respondents from India.

The survey found that 46% of Indian employees are planning to switch jobs within the next six months, while 32% have already changed employers during the past six months. Employees identified work-life balance, equal opportunities, career growth, competitive salaries, and company reputation as the key factors influencing their career choices.

Randstad India Managing Director Narayan Iyar said companies that align their talent strategies with employee expectations will be better positioned to attract and retain skilled professionals as India continues to strengthen its economy and attract global investments. Samsung India, Infosys, Reliance Industries, ITC Group, Hindustan Unilever, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Dell Technologies also featured in the top 10 rankings.
