Australia Edge Zimbabwe by One Wicket in Thrilling Third ODI

Australia completed a 3-0 clean sweep over Zimbabwe by securing a dramatic one-wicket victory in the third and final ODI at Harare Sports Club. Batting first, Zimbabwe posted 271/8 in 50 overs, with captain Sikandar Raza leading the way with an unbeaten 81. Craig Ervine contributed 59, while Innocent Kaia scored 55. Nathan Ellis was Australia’s leading bowler with 3/50, while Spencer Johnson and Adam Zampa claimed two wickets each.

Chasing 272, Australia were kept under pressure as wickets fell at regular intervals. Josh Inglis anchored the innings with an excellent 103 off 102 balls, including 11 boundaries. After Australia slipped into trouble, Nathan Ellis produced a crucial unbeaten 36 to keep the chase alive. Ellis and No. 11 Spencer Johnson held their nerve in the closing stages as Australia reached 272/9 in 49.5 overs, winning by one wicket with a ball to spare.
