Weekend Watch: New Theatrical & OTT Releases

The weekend brings a fresh slate of theatrical releases across genres. Varun Tej's Korean Kanakaraju leads the Telugu releases alongside KJQ, Anakapalli and Amma Naaku Abbayi Kaavali. Dubbed films including DC, marking Lokesh Kanagaraj's acting debut, and Madhavan's GD Naidu are also hitting theatres. Adding to the excitement, Mahesh Babu's blockbuster Dookudu is returning to the big screen with a re-release on August 9.

The OTT space is equally packed with fresh content. Akhil's Lenin is scheduled to premiere on ZEE5, while Vijay Antony's Vanda Devullu and the Malayalam film Hridayam Murali will also begin streaming. Several Bollywood, Hollywood films and web series are set to debut across digital platforms, giving audiences a wide range of entertainment options throughout the weekend.
