Michael OTT Release Date Locked.. Here's Where to Watch It

The Hollywood biographical drama Michael, inspired by the life of legendary singer Michael Jackson, is heading to OTT after a successful theatrical run. The film will premiere on JioHotstar on August 29 and will be available in both English and Hindi for subscribers without any additional rental charges. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, the movie stars Jaafar Jackson, Michael Jackson’s nephew, in the lead role, with his performance earning praise for capturing the late icon’s signature expressions, dance moves, and stage presence.

The film features Coleman Domingo as Joe Jackson and Nia Long as Katherine Jackson, bringing key moments from the singer’s personal and professional life to the screen. Michael was previously available only through rental services on platforms such as Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV. Its arrival on JioHotstar is expected to introduce the acclaimed biopic to a much wider audience, making it one of the platform’s major international releases.
