Police have foiled a major terror conspiracy and arrested six individuals allegedly involved in posting content supporting banned extremist organizations. The accused were reportedly working in garment units in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, using fake Aadhaar cards while secretly carrying out their activities. According to officials, they were sharing suspicious content through social media platforms.
During the operation, authorities seized eight mobile phones and sixteen SIM cards from the suspects. Preliminary investigations suggest that apart from posting propaganda content, the accused were also planning explosions.
Further investigation is underway to identify additional links and possible associates connected to the case.
