Second Phase of Panchayat Elections Tomorrow

The second phase of Panchayat elections in the state will be held tomorrow. Polling will start at 7 AM and continue until 1 PM, followed by vote counting from 2 PM onwards.

In this phase, elections will be held for 4,332 Sarpanch positions, of which 415 have been unanimously elected. Out of 38,322 ward positions, 8,300 wards have also been finalized unanimously. Voting will take place for the remaining Sarpanch and ward seats.

Election officials distributed polling materials to staff at distribution centers today and confirmed that all arrangements have been completed for tomorrow’s polling.
