

Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar urged RTC workers not to lose confidence, assuring that the government is sincerely engaging in discussions to resolve their issues. He appealed to employees to express their concerns through democratic means and avoid any extreme actions driven by emotion. The minister stated that while there is no objection to political parties supporting protests, provocative statements that incite unrest are unacceptable and should be avoided.
He emphasized that such inflammatory remarks by political leaders often lead to unfortunate incidents and called for restraint from all sides. Expressing deep shock over the death of driver Shankar Goud, the minister assured that the government will stand firmly with his family and extend all necessary support during this difficult time.
