Results in 1,000+ Wards…Which Party Won How Many?

Vote counting for the municipal elections in Telangana is currently underway, with results declared in more than 1,000 wards across 116 municipalities. Early trends indicate a strong performance by Indian National Congress, which has secured victory in over 580 wards, establishing a clear lead in the civic polls.

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi has won more than 300 wards, while the Bharatiya Janata Party has bagged over 80 seats. Other parties and independent candidates together have also claimed more than 80 wards, reflecting a multi-cornered contest in several municipalities as counting continues.
