The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited tenders for the six-lane construction of the Regional Ring Road (RRR–North). The project, estimated at ₹8,532 crore, will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and divided into six individual packages.
According to officials, 98% of the land acquisition for the project has already been completed, making this one of the most advanced phases in the RRR development timeline. NHAI aims to finalize the tenders by January 16, 2026, marking a significant milestone for the long-awaited RRR project.
This step is expected to accelerate the overall progress of the RRR, which will enhance connectivity, reduce congestion, and boost economic development across Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
