Allegations have surfaced regarding the premature global circulation of Four Stars of Destiny, a memoir authored by former Indian Army Chief General M.M. Naravane. According to Delhi Police sources, the book reportedly entered the international market before receiving the mandatory clearances from the Ministry of Defence.
Investigators indicated that the release may not have been accidental, suggesting the possibility of a planned leak. Authorities are now examining how the manuscript was distributed overseas ahead of official approvals and whether any procedural violations or deliberate actions were involved.
