A new initiative offering free Balaji darshan for senior citizens has been launched in Tirupati. The scheme was formally inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
Senior citizens aged 65 years and above are eligible for this facility. Free darshan slots have been arranged daily at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM to ensure a comfortable experience for elderly devotees.
Visitors must present a valid photo ID and age proof at the S1 counter to obtain darshan permission. After verification, they will be guided through a dedicated entry route.
The darshan pathway passes through the gallery beneath the bridge and along the right-side wall of the temple. Once inside the queue line, devotees can complete darshan within approximately 30 minutes.
After darshan, free meals and hot milk are provided to the devotees. For assistance or further details, devotees may contact the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams help desk at 87722 77777.
