Authorities have issued a weather alert as intense thunderstorms accompanied by isolated hailstorms are affecting several parts of South and East Hyderabad. Areas including LB Nagar, Saroornagar, Malakpet, Charminar, BN Reddy, Nagole, Uppal, Amberpet, Vanasthalipuram, and Hayathnagar are currently witnessing slow-moving storm activity. Weather officials indicate that these conditions are likely to continue for the next 30 to 45 minutes, with heavy rainfall, lightning, and gusty winds expected in affected regions.

Meanwhile, other parts of the city such as Serilingampally, Rajendranagar, and Gachibowli are expected to experience similar weather conditions after 6 PM as storm systems moving from Vikarabad advance toward Hyderabad. Residents are advised to plan travel carefully, avoid open areas during lightning activity, and remain alert to sudden weather changes.
