The Andhra Pradesh High Court will hear petitions filed by Ambati Rambabu today. He has requested the court to quash the cases registered against him at Nagarampalem and Pattabhipuram police stations. The cases were filed on charges of obstructing police duties.
Earlier, the Guntur court remanded Ambati Rambabu until the 22nd of this month. A case was originally registered against him on November 12 last year at the Pattabhipuram police station. Meanwhile, police are preparing to shift him to Rajahmundry jail shortly.
The High Court’s decision is being closely watched, as it may have a significant impact on the legal course of the case. The outcome of today’s hearing is expected to be crucial for Ambati Rambabu.
