Football fans across the globe are eagerly awaiting the FIFA World Cup 2026, set to be hosted by United States, Canada, and Mexico. FIFA revealed that it has already received over 500 million ticket requests, highlighting unprecedented demand. In a surprising move, FIFA listed four premium resale tickets for the final match, each priced at a staggering $2.3 million (approximately ₹21 crore), leaving fans stunned worldwide.
The final is scheduled to take place on July 19 in New Jersey, where these exclusive seats—located in Block 124, Row 45, seats 33 to 36—will be available. FIFA also announced pricing for other categories, with top-tier tickets costing $10,990 (around ₹10.19 lakh). The tournament will run from June 11 to July 19 across 16 venues in three countries, featuring 48 teams and 104 matches. FIFA stated that the revenue generated will be reinvested into football development across its 211 member nations.
