Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is gearing up for a grand release on June 4. The recently released trailer has received an impressive response from audiences, increasing expectations around the film. Alongside promotional activities, the makers are reportedly being very selective about the film’s theatrical distribution strategy.

The team officially announced that Think Studios has acquired the theatrical rights for Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Since the company has a strong distribution network in both regions, industry circles believe the film could secure a wide release and good theatre count there. Trade experts also feel that if the movie receives positive word of mouth, it has strong potential to perform well at the box office in these markets. Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead in the film, which is being produced under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner.
