SIIMA 2026 Awards: Teja Sajja, Rishab Shetty and Others Take Top Honours

The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2026 celebrations were held in a grand manner at Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru. Several leading stars from South Indian cinema attended the event and added glamour to the celebrations. As part of the two-day ceremony, the first day honoured artistes and technicians who delivered notable work in Telugu and Kannada films.

Teja Sajja won Best Actor for Mirai, while Aishwarya Rajesh received the Best Actress (Critics) award for Sankranthiki Vasthunam. Bulleeraju, also known as Bheema Revanth, won Best Comedian for his performance in the same film. Rishab Shetty was named Best Actor for Kantara: Chapter 1. Sakshi Madolkar won Best Actress (Debut) for Mowgli, while Poorna Chary received Best Lyricist for Court. Sridevi won Best Actress (Debut) for Court, and Harsh Roshan was honoured as Best Actor (Debut) for the same film. Satyadev won Best Supporting Actor for Kingdom, while Shraddha Srinath received Best Supporting Actress for Daaku Maharaj. Karthik Gattamneni won Best Cinematography for Mirai, with Ramana Gogula and Sameera Bharadwaj receiving Best Playback Singer and Best Playback Singer (Female) honours for Sankranthiki Vasthunam and Court respectively.
