Vijay Deverakonda’s highly anticipated pan-India film Ranabali could see a change in its release schedule, with industry reports suggesting that the previously announced September 11 date may no longer be feasible. Ongoing production and post-production work are said to be the primary reasons behind the possible delay. The film has already attracted significant attention, especially with Rashmika Mandanna reuniting with Vijay on screen.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan and produced by Mythri Movie Makers with T-Series presenting the project, Ranabali is based on historical events that took place during British rule between 1854 and 1878. The makers are reportedly evaluating a Dasara or Diwali release to take advantage of the festive holiday season. While an official confirmation is still awaited, trade circles believe a festival release could give the film a stronger opening at the box office.
