The pan-India Kannada film KD The Devil has once again grabbed headlines after its trailer was unexpectedly removed from YouTube shortly after release. The sudden disappearance sparked widespread speculation on social media, especially as the film had already been in the news due to a song-related controversy. Responding to the buzz, the production house KVN Productions clarified that the trailer was mistakenly uploaded in an uncertified version and was promptly taken down.
The makers assured that a revised version complying with censor regulations will be released soon, putting an end to the confusion. Directed by Prem, the film stars Dhruva Sarja in the lead, with key roles played by Shilpa Shetty, V. Ravichandran, and Ramesh Aravind. Special appearances by Sanjay Dutt and Nora Fatehi add to the film’s appeal. Set for release on April 30, the film has already generated massive buzz, which has only intensified following this incident.
