Young actor Harshith Reddy’s latest romantic drama Deewana is receiving a positive response from audiences following its theatrical release on June 20. Produced by Vasudev Koppineni and Sridevi Karyampudi under the Arha Media and V Studios banners, the film has been praised for its emotional storytelling, interval twist, and engaging second half. According to the producers, audience appreciation and positive word-of-mouth are helping the film gain momentum at the box office with collections increasing steadily every day.

The producers also expressed disappointment over the film receiving an ‘A’ certificate despite making the suggested censor cuts, stating that it affected family audience turnout. However, they remain optimistic about the film’s future performance, citing strong feedback from viewers and increasing theatre occupancy. To attract more audiences, ticket prices have been reduced across several screens. Encouraged by the response to Deewana, the production team has also revealed plans for a new superhero entertainer and another romantic drama currently under development.
