Criticism on Dhurandhar.. Madhavan Hits Back..!

Actor R. Madhavan has responded to being labelled as an ‘RSS’ supporter on social media, stating that such comments do not affect him. He clarified that supporting democratically elected leaders is his basic responsibility as a citizen. In an interview, Madhavan said he has never posted against any political party and appreciates good work done by any leader, including Chief Ministers and Prime Ministers.

He further dismissed allegations that his film Dhurandhar is propaganda, explaining that it is a national security drama set against a Pakistan backdrop. Madhavan emphasized that portraying truth on screen is important and should not be altered out of fear of criticism. He added that showcasing India’s achievements and greatness through cinema is not wrong and should not be misinterpreted as political propaganda.
