AR Rahman’s Record Remuneration for Ramayana!

A grand mythological film “Ramayana” is being made under the direction of Nitesh Tiwari, with Ranbir Kapoor playing the role of Lord Rama. The teaser has already created huge excitement among the audience. This project is said to be one of the most expensive films in Indian cinema, with a massive budget of ₹4000 crore. Oscar-winning composer A. R. Rahman is composing the music for the film.

According to recent reports, A. R. Rahman is receiving a record remuneration of ₹30 crore for this project. Along with this, he is also expected to get a share in the film’s profits. Fans believe that his music will take the audio experience to a whole new level. The film also stars Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana and Sunny Deol as Hanuman.

Produced by Namit Malhotra, this two-part film aims to present the Indian epic on a global scale using modern visual effects. The makers are planning to release the first part during Diwali 2026. With such a huge budget and star cast, audiences are eagerly waiting to see how this film performs.
