Several districts in Andhra Pradesh are witnessing a shortage of petrol and diesel, leading to long queues of vehicles at fuel stations. The situation has caused inconvenience to motorists, with demand surging amid limited supply across multiple regions.
In response, strict action has been taken in Palnadu district, where District Collector Kritika Shukla ordered the sealing of three petrol bunks for violating norms. The action was taken against Srinidhi Filling Station in Narasaraopet, Tirumala Filling Station in Piduguralla, and Janata Filling Station in Chilakaluripet. Authorities found that these outlets were involved in irregular fuel sales, prompting immediate enforcement measures.
