Three-Day Varuna Yagam Begins at Yadagirigutta Temple

A special three-day Varuna Yagam has begun at the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Yadagirigutta. The ritual is being conducted with prayers for abundant rainfall and improved climatic conditions as several regions continue to experience deficient rainfall due to the El Niño effect.

Temple authorities said the yagam includes traditional Vedic rituals and special prayers seeking the blessings of Lord Narasimha for timely rains and agricultural prosperity. Devotees from different places are expected to participate in the three-day spiritual event.
