Special MMTS Trains for Ganesh Immersion

In view of the heavy rush of devotees attending the Ganesh immersion processions, South Central Railway has decided to operate eight special MMTS trains. The special services will run from the 25th to the 27th of this month, between 11 pm and 5 am, to ensure that passengers do not face inconvenience during the immersion festivities. Chief Public Relations Officer A. Sridhar announced the details on Tuesday.

The special services will operate on routes connecting Secunderabad, Nampally, Lingampalli and Falaknuma. The trains include services from Secunderabad to Nampally, Nampally to Lingampalli, Lingampalli to Nampally, Nampally to Secunderabad, Nampally to Lingampalli, Lingampalli to Falaknuma, Falaknuma to Secunderabad and Secunderabad to Nampally. The services are scheduled at different times between late night and early morning to facilitate the movement of devotees and passengers.
