Another major investment is taking shape in Bharat Future City, with the State Bank of India (SBI) coming forward to establish a data centre. The proposed facility is planned in the Meerkhanpet area of Rangareddy district, marking another addition to the growing digital infrastructure ecosystem in Future City.
The Telangana government has reportedly allocated 10 acres of land for the SBI data centre. The state has been actively attracting investments in AI and data-centre infrastructure with the aim of developing Hyderabad into a major digital technology hub. The proposed SBI facility adds further momentum to the development of Bharat Future City as a destination for advanced technology and large-scale infrastructure projects.
