

The Telangana government has released Rythu Bharosa financial assistance to farmers owning up to seven acres of agricultural land, Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao announced. Under the sixth phase of the scheme, ₹354.96 crore has been credited directly into the bank accounts of 92,729 farmers, reaffirming the government's commitment to supporting the farming community through timely financial assistance.
The minister stated that, with the latest installment, the government has so far transferred ₹7,490.72 crore to 68.37 lakh farmers, covering 124.85 lakh acres of cultivated land across the state. He emphasized that the Rythu Bharosa scheme continues to provide crucial investment support to farmers, enabling them to meet agricultural expenses and strengthen the state's farming sector.
