NIMS Doctor Lakshmibhaskar Arrested in Disproportionate Assets Case

NIMS doctor Lakshmibhaskar has been arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau following an investigation into his alleged accumulation of disproportionate assets. The ACB reportedly identified several properties and other assets that are believed to be significantly higher than his known sources of income.

During searches conducted as part of the investigation, officials seized important documents related to the properties. Based on market valuations, the total value of the identified assets is reportedly estimated to be more than Rs 100 crore. Further details are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses.
