NEET UG Re-Exam: NTA Issues Strict Dress Code and Exam Day Guidelines for Candidates

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued important instructions for candidates appearing for the NEET UG re-examination. To ensure smooth conduct of the exam and maintain security standards, the agency has directed students to wear only simple and light-colored clothing. Dresses with large buttons, heavy embroidery, multiple pockets, and other elaborate designs will not be permitted inside examination centres.

Candidates have also been instructed to wear only half-sleeve clothing, while shoes and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited. The NTA clarified that only essential items, including the admit card, a valid government-issued identity card, passport-size photographs, and transparent water bottles, will be allowed inside the examination hall. Students have been advised to carefully follow all guidelines to avoid inconvenience on the day of the examination.
