The historic Kacheguda Railway Station in Hyderabad has completed 110 years of service on Wednesday. The station was constructed on June 10, 1916, by the seventh Nizam of Hyderabad, Mir Osman Ali Khan. Since then, it has remained one of the key railway hubs in the city.
More than 100 trains operate daily from this station, connecting several cities and towns across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and various parts of India. Around 55,000 passengers travel through Kacheguda every day. It continues to play a crucial role in the Hyderabad Division of the South Central Railway.
